MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2011 - IT'S ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS.

On the second day of VIENNA FASHION WEEK we saw the shows by CALLISTI, ANDREEA TINCU and  MANUFAKTUR HERZBLUT.

Also, finally the SHOWROOM opened. We were overwhelmed by all the lovely details and amazing colours.  Take a look yourself! :)

CALLISTI:
The designer of this Austrian-beased label is Martina Mueller. The deigns of her recent A/W collection are full of super female clothes that are sitting tight on the body and attract the attention with lovely shoulder details, most of them in leather, and great accessoires like belts and gloves.

ANDREEA TINCU:
Andreea Tincu was one of the designers we already saw last year at the Vienna Fashion Week (see here). We really liked her last year's collection and thats the reason why our expectations were quite high. And she didn't disappoint us at all! From the first moment on there was something magical in the air. Not only the cuts of the clothes were sophisticated as always but also the details seemed to be an important part of Andreea Tincu's work. Collars, cuffs, buttons, pockets and hats were jumping into our eyes through great bright colours and unusual placements.

MANUFAKTUR HERZBLUT:
Manufaktur Herzblut by Markus Spatzier is the most unexpected show of our second day at the Fashion Week. We fell immediately in love with his sexy baroque designs and of course with his great music choices. Everything looked well-thought-out and was presented great by the models.

Tonight we gonna take a break from the fashion week, but stay tuned, tomorrow we will be there again to capture our favourites :)

Broken Cookies are wearing:

  1. Thank you for posting these pictures! I really feel relieved... I didn't onestly think that in Vienne there was a strong fashion culture. I mean, there's art everywhere but when it comes to actual people ont he streets... eeew! I've been to Vienna a month ago, I had never really been there, and one thing I noticed was the complete lack of style of most people I saw on the street, and the worst stuff ever sold in shops, even the various H&M, Forever 21 etc. Was I very unfortunate? I see you are two, and you live between Vienna and London, what do you think about the difference in dressing in the two cities? :D I'm really interested in catching the points of view in fashion when going around Countries!
